Johnnie Walker Wine Cask Blend

I came across Johnnie Walker Blenders' Batch Wine Cask Blend this afternoon at Costco (Mexico City). A one liter bottle for about 22-23 American dollars. Just out of curiosity I bought a bottle not expecting much of it. I haven't found any reference to this whisky in the Internet, just the advertisement in Costco's Mexico website.

I tried the whisky a few minutes ago. Nothing great but more than I expected. Better than the Red Label. The finishing in red wine casks is evident, a little vanilla, red fruits, unfortunately too much alcohol even though it's only 40% ABV, bitterness at the end. Anyway, I think this whisky will have a role in cocktails and on the rocks in a hot afternoon.

The label says it was blended by Beveridge in a team with A. Gibson.

Does anybody know something else about this bottle?

@hriveran Sorry, I know nothing of this particular bottle. But this bottle is one of a series of several JoWas which are a lot better than the standard bottles. I had one in my videos already.
