BRORA 40 year old

There are two 40 year old brora , one is the 1972 released i guess in 2014 limited to 160 decanters and the other one is the 1978 released in 2019 limited to 1819 bottles and being 200th anniversary limited edition.

Fortunately i am in a position where i am getting the latter that is the 200th anniversary. i am eager to know do you guys think the 200th anniversary would be equally collectible as the 1972?

@Horst you have the best experience in regard to the brora bottles , do you suggest the 1978 200th anniversary as an investment ,i am purely buying it after seeing how the 1972 has been sold at record breaking prices at sotheby ,kindly advise.
