I usually enjoy my scotch from a tumbler but as I have been spending more on single malts lately I have decided to buy a decent nosing glass. I see that Horst uses a glass with a stem but I am more inclined to buy a glass without one as I find them annoying. Will a Glencairn glass give me the same depth of experience?
Thanks!
Smithe glencairn has few types of glasses, if standard one doesn't look good for you check glencairn for Canadian whiskey. It's more like tumbler but has a little bit better nosing shape. I also found glasses (some Poland brand, I think royal leerdam) shaped like standard glencairn but without stand. Maybe you can try find that
@kiki Thanks! I have bought a pair of standard glencairn glasses. Going to try them out tomorrow night!
