Tried this last night and it wasn't what I expected.Its flavour profile is toffee,chestnuts,walnuts and is very smooth and understated.Very tasty indeed and at 57.9% abv,is rather strong,but it actually feels quite light on the palate.No sherry monster this one(try GlenFarc 105),but great nutty flavours and so smooth and enjoyable to taste!!!I think Glendronach are on a winner with this latest batch,so if you like more subtle cask strength whisky,this is absolutely for you!93/100 for this tasty beauty!
