Hi!
I very recently started to approach this culture of whisky tasting but i am struggling to identify the differents smells and tastes of the whiskys. I already know that we must use what we remember to identify but i still lack this knowledge. I can point out oily, bitter, sweet, fruity, oak (not really sure about this one) and medicine. The other tastes/smell i don't "see them".
What can i do to start to identify better and more vastly the different tastes/smell?
Slange Var to all!
