The Wu Dram Clan (WDC) is an independent bottler founded by three friends, Takesado, Boris and Sebastian, who share a deep passion for exceptional spirits. Their shared motto is: "Only the best goes into the bottle."
For many years, the trio has been travelling the world's warehouses in search of special barrels that tell stories and evoke emotions. Each bottling is selected and bottled with great care. Quality, authenticity and craftsmanship take centre stage.

The founders bring international expertise to the company:

• Takesado Oj lives in Kyoto, Japan and looks after the Japanese market. With his many years of experience in the whisky industry and his contacts in the Japanese spirits scene, he combines traditional values with a global perspective.
• Boris Borissov comes from Munich and is an expert in peated whiskies. Through his travels to Scotland and close contacts in the local scene, he brings in-depth knowledge and passion to the company.
• Sebastian Jäger from the Black Forest specialises in cognac, Armagnac and rum. His close connections to producers in France and the Caribbean characterise the versatility of the range.

Together, they combine the art of whisky bottling with international expertise - an approach that has earned the Wu Dram Clan worldwide recognition.

Nice to know:
The trio's name is a reference to the New York hip-hop group Wu-Tang Clan, which established its own musical style in the early 1990s.
 

The Wu Dram Clan range includes an exquisite selection of whiskies, rums, cognacs, armagnacs and gins. The focus is on hand-picked single cask bottlings that reflect the diversity of the international spirits landscape.

Each bottling bearing the distinctive Wu-Dram Clan logo comes from carefully selected casks and is bottled without chill-filtering or colouring. The bottlings are released in limited quantities and are particularly sought after by collectors and connoisseurs.

Recently, the Wu Dram Clan, together with Kirsch Import, has also started regularly launching Cognac and Armagnac bottlings under the name GrapeDiggaz. While Wu Dram Clan stands for bottlings with a particularly strong character, some of which are experimental, GrapeDiggaz is aimed at a broader connoisseur community. The bottlings under this label are intended to remain accessible in terms of price without compromising on quality.
